Good nappies, subscription hassle

I ordered the eco nappy subscription for my little one, size 3. The bamboo eco nappies themselves are great; they're soft and we haven't had any leaks. They definitely seem better for his sensitive skin than other brands we tried. However, managing the subscription online was a bit clunky. Changing the delivery date took a few tries and the interface felt a bit dated. Shipping to Chicago took 6 days which was reasonable. Overall, good product but they could improve the subscription management part of their website.

Wipes are decent

Got some biodegradable baby wipes to try. They came pretty quick, like 4 days to get to me in Florida. They feel nice, not too wet or dry, and don't bother my baby. I'd probably grab them again if I need more.

Hey guys, thinking about trying these out. Do the nappies run true to size or should I size up for my chunky monkey?

S Shane T. 2 months ago

I'd say they're pretty true to size, maybe slightly generous. My little one is usually on the bigger side for his age group and they fit great.

Hmm, I found them a tiny bit small, especially around the leg cuffs. If your baby is on the upper end of the weight range for a size, I'd probably go up one just in case. You can always adjust your subscription size later too, I think.

Does anyone know if Mama Bamboo ever does free shipping to the US? Or is it always a set fee?

D Derek S. 2 months ago

I've seen free shipping offers pop up sometimes, usually for larger orders or during sales like Black Friday. Keep an eye on their newsletter, that's where I usually see those announced.

B Brett 2 months ago

Yeah, pretty sure they do sometimes. My last order during a special promotion had free delivery. Not always, but it happens.
